The Bugaboo Arabia Price Match Guarantee is designed to give you complete confidence when purchasing your Bugaboo products from Bugaboo Arabia. We are committed to offering competitive prices while ensuring you receive the authenticity, service, warranty, and support that come with purchasing from an authorized Bugaboo retailer.

If you find an identical Bugaboo product available for a lower price from an authorized retailer in the UAE, we will review the difference and, where the criteria below are met, match the eligible price.

Scope & Applicability

  • Applies to all products available on BugabooArabia.ae.
  • The lower price must be offered by an authorized Bugaboo retailer in the GCC, whether online or in-store.
  • The product must be identical to the product available on Bugabooarabia.ae.
  • Price Match Guarantee claims are valid on the same day that the competitor's price is available.
  • Customers may request a price match before purchasing.

Price Match Guarantee – What's Covered

A price match may be considered when:

  • The product is available on Bugabooarabia.ae.
  • The competitor is an authorized Bugaboo retailer in the GCC.
  • The product is the same model, color, configuration, and specifications.
  • The competitor's product is brand new, in stock, and available for immediate purchase.
  • The competitor's price is publicly available and verifiable.
  • The comparison is based on the final VAT-inclusive price, including any mandatory delivery charges.
  • Coupon or promotional codes providing a discount of up to AED 100 may be considered.
  • The customer can request a price match before purchase, allowing the eligible price difference to be applied to the order.
  • Customers who have already purchased may request a price match on the same day of purchase, subject to approval. If approved, the difference may be provided as a refund or account credit.

What's Not Covered

The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Prices offered by unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplace sellers, including 3P sellers on Amazon.ae, Noon, or other marketplaces.
  • Grey-market products or products sold outside Bugaboo's authorized GCC retail network.
  • Used, open box, refurbished, damaged, or display products.
  • Products that are out of stock or unavailable for immediate purchase.
  • Prices that exclude mandatory shipping, delivery, service, or other additional charges.
  • Credit-card, bank-specific, cashback, loyalty, membership, or payment-method-specific offers.
  • Flash sales, limited-time promotions, bundle offers, clearance sales, or liquidation pricing.
  • Coupon, influencer, affiliate, or promotional codes providing a discount of more than AED 100.
  • Pricing errors, technical errors, or obvious misprints.
  • Offers that cannot be independently verified or are available only to selected customers.
  • Price Match Guarantee claims submitted after the day of purchase.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a Price Match Guarantee, please contact our customer service team at support@bugabooarabia.ae and provide:

  • The Bugaboo product you wish to purchase or have purchased.
  • The name of the competing authorized retailer.
  • A link or clear evidence showing the lower price.
  • Any relevant details regarding the promotion or offer.

Our team will verify the competitor's price and eligibility before confirming the price match.

Bugaboo Arabia reserves the right to approve or decline any Price Match Guarantee request at its sole discretion and to amend or withdraw this policy at any time.
